About — eureqa!
eureqa!
Our mission

A monthly injection of the wonderful, the inspiring and the hopeful.

The news is a continuous stream of disheartening information. eureqa! is the antidote: every month we highlight the work of student entrepreneurial and artistic ventures from universities across London, Oxford and Cambridge, celebrating innovation and inviting collaboration.

We don't publish pitch decks. We publish the messy middle: the pivots, the chased drones, the forgotten lyrics, the rebrands that worked. Real insights from the people actually building, told in their own words.

Inside a typical edition

01
A theme

April Fools, Momentum, The Glow Up, Crosscurrents. Every month has a lens, opened by an editor's note.

02
Student ventures

Three or four founders write their own story: what they're building, what broke, and what they learned.

03
Artist of the Month

Because innovation isn't only startups: songwriters, DJs and photographers get the same stage. One even paints our cover.

04
An interview

Long conversations with people further down the road: founders and creators who've already been there.

Where it started

eureqa! began in spring 2026 with a simple welcome note and a question: what are the students around us actually building? Four editions later, the answer keeps getting better.
